The main feature of this breath taking piece is a polished shell at the top. Going clock wise from shell there is a small faceted round garnet, an round pearl, a rectangular faceted smokey topaz, a faceted round blue topaz, and another round pearl. The whole piece is finished off with a tear drop shaped faceted amethyst.
