Frequently Asked Questions Q: "What forms of payment do you accept?" A: Currently, Mineralistic.com can only accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can also accept money orders. Money orders should be made out to Mineralistic, and sent to: 319 South Street, Philadelphia PA, 19147. At our store locations, we can also accept traveller's checks. We cannot accept personal checks or American Express for purchases. Q: "Whenever I add multiple items to my cart, the cart empties by itself." A: Most likely, you need to enable cookies in order for our shopping cart to work correctly. For Internet Explorer, go to "Tools: Internet Options: Privacy," and set the level to "Medium-High" or lower, or you can select "Default." For other web browsers, view your help file on how to enable cookies. Q: "There are items in your store that are not available on your website. Do you offer these online?" A: We try to list as many of the items available at our retail store as possible but, because of the immensity of inventory, things you may have seen at our store may not be featured on the website yet. If you would like to inquire about something specific, please drop us an e-mail at info@mineralistic.com, or call us at 215-922-7199, and we will do our best to get it to you. Also feel free to email us about what you would like to see added to the site, and we will make it a priority, if possible, to put it online. We will be adding new items several times a month, so check back from time to time! You can also sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page to receive updates by email. Q: "I signed up for your newsletter, but have not received any updates from you yet." A: Because our list is hand-written, it is possible that we read your address wrong. You can sign up again again at the bottom of any Mineralistic.com webpage for our newsletter to receive updates, information on sales, and more. Don't worry: each address will only receive only one copy of our letter, even if it has been entered into our database twice. Q: "Every time I checkout, I have to re-enter my credit card information." A: This is for your safety. Mineralistic.com does not currently retain credit card information for any of our customers after purchases have been made. We will however retain address and contact information. Q: "How do I change my billing information?" A: To change your billing information on checkout, select "Change billing information" when logging into your account. Q: "How do I ship to another address?" A: To ship to an address other than yours, select "This will be shipped to another address" when logging into your account. Q: "How do I log out of my account?" A: To log out, simply close your browser. Your session will expire automatically.
