At Mineralistic.com, Customer Service takes a proactive approach toward Quality and Satisfaction. We inspect EACH ITEM for damage and imperfection before it is sent to you. If we wouldn't buy it for Mom, we won't ship it to you. We insure all items against mishandling with the chosen carrier and all deliveries are verified. If you get something that you didn't want, just ship it back to us for a full refund of the item price. Minimum web order prior to shipping costs is $10.00.

Return Policy

Mineralistic's return policy: All returns must be returned within 30 days, damage-free and able to be re-sold. You can exchange your item for something else or receive a store credit that is good for one year. If you would like a refund, there is a 25% restocking fee. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling Mineralistic at (215) 922-7199. All items without a Return Authorization Number will be denied. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Because it is a health code, earrings are not refundable.
